Vanguard Men’s Ministry


The term “Vanguard” is defined as : a group of people leading the way in
new developments or ideas. It has also be defined as The forefront of an
action or movement.

Here at Vanguard Men’s Ministry we want to be exactly that. We believe
that men have a mandate in scripture to be leaders. We want our men to
lead in their families, in our church, and in our community.

Jesus gave his followers a mission.

Matthew 28:18-29 (ESV) says:
18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth
has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy
Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And
behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

We don’t want men to be in the backseat when it comes to this mission. We
want our men at the forefront. Will you join us?

One on one discipleship

At Grace Church, we want to see men grow in their faith and equip them to be better husbands, fathers, and members of the community. Our goal is to know Christ and to make Him known.


You won't grow in your faith by accident. The time is now! You won't accidentally have a strong marriage or a healthy family. We have to intentionally invest in our relationships. Whether it's our relationship with God or family - you have to choose to grow. Will you join us?

MEAT & GREET

Men's Dinner & Fellowship

Are you new to Grace Church? Or, have you been coming for a while and would like to meet other guys? Then meat and greet is the place to come. It is an informal laid back cookout with about 8 men gathered around a table- or outside if the weather is good. Sitting down and having a meal together (breaking bread as it says in God's word) is a great way to get to know one another. So come make new friends and hopefully the next time you're at church you can say, "I know that guy."

Annual Montana Missions Trip

We make an annual trip each May to Trail's End Ranch in Montana where we have partnered for many years. A great speaker, delicious food, and meaningful fellowship are all part of the experience while we help the staff accomplish maintenance goals/building projects. If you have handyman skills, this is the trip for you! Watch for details in early spring about getting on board!

Archery

We meet every 1st and 3rd Thursday evening at 7pm in the gym from Jan-April for archery. 

Men's Breakfast

Throughout Sept - May, we meet for breakfast, a devotional message, and prayer in the Grace Church gym at 8 am. Stay tuned on our events page to see when the next breakfast will be held! Come hungry, bring a friend.
