Here are just a few of the different areas that you could consider serving in at Grace.

  • grace kids teachers/helpers

Have you considered serving as a teacher or helper in children's ministries? This is a great opportunity to get to know and teach our children about the Lord's love and grace for them!  Contact Kristy Smith, 280-9344, or the church office.

  • grace meal ministry

You can be part of a wonderful ministry to provide meals to those within the Grace Church Family who could use a little help due to medical issues, new baby, etc. Contact Stacey Randall, 280-5387, to learn how you can serve in the Grace Church Meal Ministry today!

  • communion preparation

Communion is celebrated on the 1st Sunday of each month at Grace.  If you are interested in helping prepare Communion trays, contact Carla Irving at 428-1631.  Time commitment is usually 3 Sundays in a year.

At Grace Church we recognize that the special needs community spans all age groups. We also recognize that many people who care for a loved one with special needs may find it difficult to attend Sunday services on a regular basis.  For children, teens and young adults who would benefit from having one-on-one assistance during Sunday morning Worship service, the Special Blessings Ministry offers volunteers to accompany them and offer help as they need it. These volunteers enable the individual to experience classes and services with an added measure of support.  Please consider joining this very special team and become a blessing to our church families who need our support and a respite so they can worship worry free. To learn more, please contact Cindy Collins or Allison Warn.  Training is provided.

When you shop at Elmer’s and are part of their rewards program, you can donate your rewards points to Grace Church. Pick up a “Grace Church” rewards card at the Women's Ministry Table which is located near the office. For every 100,000 points donated, Grace Church will be able to purchase a $100 Elmer’s Gift Card to use for kitchen supplies.

  • Greeters

You can be one of the friendly faces greeting people on Sunday mornings as they enter our doors!  Greeters are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to the worship service and continue greeting until 10 minutes after service has begun; usually 3-5 times in a 6-month time period. To learn more, contact Al Larson, 906-280-4790.
